Who's behind this

We measure things for a living. This is the referral door.

Referrals 63 is operated by Code63 Labs, a small US build shop with one house rule: verified at the source, or it doesn't get asserted.

Code63 Labs builds measurement and response systems for local practices and service businesses. This door comes from the closest thing we have to home ground: our longest-running engagement is attribution work for a referral-fed specialty practice, tracing thirteen months of arrivals from first contact to completed care. Two findings run this door. First, the vanish mechanism is real and measured: a third of staff-entered inquiries never got a follow-up record — not carelessness, just a next step that was nobody's explicit job. Second, referred-and-reached patients are the best patients in the dataset: high intent, high trust, high completion.

Between those two findings sits the entire economics of a specialty practice: the most valuable arrivals, flowing through the least-watched intake. So this door exists.
